AWAIR/BBP

On January 1, 1991, Minnesota adopted an amendment to MNOSHA Statutes that requires most employers to develop and use a formal workplace accident and injury reduction program that promotes safe and healthful working conditions. The first four hours of this class will assist you in writing your program based on the five sections required by MNOSHA. The last two hours of the day will provide updates on the risks that come from bloodborne pathogen exposure in the workplace and getting you up to speed on the infectious disease portion of the OSHA and MNOSHA regulations. OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1030 requires employers to safeguard employees who have a reasonably anticipated occupational exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials.

*Pre-registration and payment are required. Hopefully you won't need to cancel, but if you do, please do so at least three business days prior to the course for a full refund. No refunds will be made after three business days prior to the course. This policy will be enforced, so please plan ahead if you need to cancel your attendance.
