Identifying Your Safety Culture - Virtual Training
Join us for an in-depth look at your current safety culture and take away ideas to move your company's safety program in a positive direction. Attendees will learn the fundamental "pillars and pitfalls" of a safety culture, and how to recognize them in day-to-day operations. Class discussions will explore standards of practice, motivation theories, and methods to implement a positive safety culture. Best of all, participants will evaluate their company’s safety culture using a scored approach, and will create customized action items for their personal take-aways.
SCHEDULE: 8:30-11:30 a.m. Session; 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Break/Lunch; 12:30-3:30 p.m. Session
